The Tube

The Tube is a packaging project for Maplewood Brewery & Distillery intended to drive home the luxurious feel of one of our most successful brands, Barrel Aged Cuppa. In the brewing industry, barrel aged beers are highly sought after and fetch a high price for those who can get their hands on them. The brewers and design team at Maplewood wanted to make sure that the audience felt that they were getting what they paid for, and then some. I took point on this design project and couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Some Ideation

The following are some rough-layout sketches that didn’t make the cut as well as some 3D renders I put together to help everyone visualize what I was trying to do. The renders also show how many little tweaks went into narrowing down the final design we see above!
